United Buses provides multiple movements for my group last week in Chicago. All motor coaches were on time, clean and well maintained. The 3 drivers we worked with were knowledgeable of the city and worked well as a team to get our group where they needed to go. They were all experienced drivers and were easy to communicate with and work with.

The owner and office staff were also great to work with and always on top of what was going on.

My experience with United Bus has been nothing short of amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and patient answering all of my ridiculous questions and addressing my concerns throughout the weeks leading up to our booking. When it came to our rides, the drivers and coordinators were so accommodating and polite. the ride itself was completely relaxing even amidst the heavy traffic congestion we dealt with. The drivers understand the city of Chicago like the back of their hand, and somehow were able to reroute us through faster routes to get us to and from our destinations on time. They are like magicians when it comes to maneuvering the long coach buses, and coordinators would flat out stop/direct traffic in circumstantial situations to keep us moving. I've been on a ton of bus rides and never have I ever had an experience like I had with United Bus. It's a no brainer for us to use them for our next company outing.
