Our experience with United Bus Company was excellent! The driver, Anthony, was very professional, kind, and on time. He knew exactly what to do, and the coordination and cooperation throughout the trip worked out perfectly. The buses are exotic, clean, and beautiful, with very comfortable seats. Highly recommend their service!

We booked United Bus Company for an event with hundreds of attendees, and they made the whole process seamless. Booking was easy and their customer service and communication was incredible leading up to the event and post-event. We also had a few bus coordinators from United Buses at the event to coordinate everything on the ground and that helped a TON. Dino and Sabina were both incredible to work with, we would definitely book with them again!

It is not like everyday that you rent a bus, as a matter of fact, this was my very first time.
I was referred to United Bus by a family friend but I had no idea of what to expect.
The whole booking process was seamless, they helped me decide on what was my best fit, from the amount of passengers to falling within my budget.
The bus was not only on time, but way before the scheduled time.
The bus itself was immaculate, in &out and the driver looked like he was going to a weeding.
The driver kept us informed of the route he was using as well as drop off and pick up procedures.
All my guests were also impressed and many asked me for information about the company.

We utilized United Buses for guest transportation to the rehearsal dinner and wedding for our son’s resent wedding in Chicago. When researching bus companies, we opted to go with United based on their outstanding ratings and they did not disappoint. Marcin was our driver for the rehearsal dinner and Dave for the wedding. They arrived on time, were very service oriented and transported our guests to the various destinations safely. I also need to recognize Jana who was our main point of contact for questions, setting up our reservations, confirming everything, etc. She was AMAZING to work with – extremely customer focused, flexible and unbelievably patient with various changes that we needed to make as we got closer to the wedding and needed to adjust a few things. For dependable transportation in a city with quite a bit of traffic challenges, you cannot go wrong with United Bus Chicago. It will be one thing you will not need to stress over or worry about. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Had the best experience when travelling with a group for work to Chicago’s Lollapalooza. Our party rented the Sprinter vehicle which was clean and stocked with waters. Many streets were blocked off, traffic was hectic, and phone service was sparse but drivers Moe and Mel were professional, easy to communicate with, and kept the energy high.

When coordinating logistics, Dino was very helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. You had the option to communicate via Google Meet which made things very easy (sometimes the back-and-forth emails are exhausting!)

Had a great experience when traveling with a group to Chicago for work. Jana who manages the reservations is very responsive and provides all details you need. Both of our drivers Sonny and Anthony were kind, helped with luggage, and got us to/from O’Hare very quickly! Busses were both clean and spacious.

Had the pleasure of having United Bus as the transportation for my weddings’ photo sessions. The bus was spacious and comfortable for everyone (including my very large dress).
