Rules and Regulations:
1. No Smoking on any vehicle. A $500.00 fee will result, per incident.
2. No alcohol is allowed in the vehicle. Violation will result in early termination of the trip and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
3. Clean up fee for any bodily fluids, vomit, etc. in the vehicle is $500 per incident, no exceptions.
4. In the event that any passengers in the group (including the booking party) becomes unruly or refuses to follow driver instructions, the trip will be cancelled and the situation will be dealt with according to local laws. NO refunds.
5. Parking fees are not included and will be charged accordingly.
6. Any property that is lost, damaged or stolen is not the responsibility of the company. The driver and company are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
7. Illegal Drug use will not be tolerated. Any infractions will result in the immediate end of the trip with NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. Carrying arms (any weapon or ammunition) will not be tolerated. Any infractions will result in the immediate end of the trip with NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. Overtime (if available) will be billed in full hour increments. Please reserve sufficient time for your event in order to avoid overtime charges.
9. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges that may occur.
10. Customer understands and agrees that a replacement vehicle may be required in the event of a Major Mechanical Failure or any other serious issue.
12. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by certified mail or email (info@unitedbuses.com) AT LEAST 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled event in order to avoid being charged the full contract price.
13. Tip/Gratuity is not included in the rate.
14. The trip itinerary cannot be modified in any way while the trip is already in progress.
